Hi there, I’m Grace. Thank you for taking the time to visit my website! If you are reading this then it is likely you’re looking for a wedding musician – a position I would be honoured to be considered for. A little about my experience as a flautist below.
I am a highly skilled and experienced freelance flautist with over 18 years’ experience playing as a solo musician as well as accompaniment to reputable jazz bands and orchestras around the country. I won first place in the Pollard Award competitions that I entered for, 3 years in a row, and I was very fortunate to be asked to perform my winning pieces at the Last Night of the Proms in East Anglia to crowds of hundreds.
I have been fortunate enough to perform solo at multiple Lord Council dinners, Mayor Inauguration events and at more intimate events such as formal birthdays and weddings which I really enjoy. These events are now a priority of mine and I am available for hire now.
In addition to my performance skills and experience, I possess the grades recognised across the Association of the Royal Schools of Music exam board, of which I succeeded a distinction with each grade. I accomplished Grade 8 flute distinction at aged 14.
